T20- SIMULATOR OR SLOW POISON FOR CRICKET ?

Do you think that the cash rich, commercial & glamourous INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE (IPL) & other upcoming T20 ventures will destroy ODI's & Test Cricket considering the fact that peole are now getting more accustomed to quick masaledar entertainment which T20 caters to & now don't have patience or time to sit 10 hrs in a day and watch one day internationals let alone 5 day cricket match?

to some extent concept and format of t20 is quite fine & it works for people like me who cant remain stuck to the couch for whole day and for 5 days its almost impossible.most of the time i watch a cricket match in the last or or final overs when match has caught that point when it almost makes u to lean on the edge of the chair.but i think there was a thing in the old cricket format that makes it real 'classic' but things change with time i'm sure critics must have raised same kind of issues regarding it even when one day cricket match was introduced.like when cricketers abandon their white elegant cricket uniform and choose to run in that coloured red and blue attire which is more pronounced in today's costumes that almost look like joker's stuff.in other scenerio 20 format is cool when its between countries but during ipl it was almost like confusing to which team u support though it was a lot entertaining the prime motive of the players as well as their owners was the money.though it helped a lot in bringing fresh and new talent to show and prove themselves which eventually led some cricketers to secure a place in national team.so if u see the 20 20
is the bag of chocolates which has some thing for everyone.

perhaps this very topic has been molested not only by the so called 'cricket experts' on news channels or papers but by almost every second junta,it wud still be worth a thought.
My view: Has the evolution of fast food dried up the intake of our traditional indian cuisine.
some would agree ,others wont
same stands for cricket.

T20 came as a good change amongst the regular cricket, but during the last phase of the ipl ,one had a feeling of gettin too much of it.

It may be also argued that T20s are consumed pretty fast than the one days or tests but at the same time it is quite imperative to hold a dual approach to this phenomenon. It may be grasping for us too to watch this quick version games but ultimately i noticed every cricketer chosing test cricket over any other mode as it brings the true knack and development of a so called established cricketer.

om cricketaya namah!!!
